Carlton Kent

President

Carlton Kent is the President of Kent, Campa and Kate Inc. (KCK). Prior to launching KCK with former 11th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON), Joe Campa, Mr. Kent served as Director of the Veteran Support and Development Office for CACI International Inc., a $6 billion professional services and information technology company.


Before CACI, Mr. Kent served as the 16th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps. In this role, he held responsibilities that included principal advisor to the Commandant of the Marine Corps as well as an advisor to the Secretary of the Navy on all Marine Corps matters. He also testified before Congress on Marine Corps warfighting capabilities and quality of life issues for Marines and their families.


Mr. Kent earned a master’s degree in Education as well as a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Trident University International.


Mr. Kent was recently appointed by the Governor of Virginia as a member of the Commonwealth’s Board of Veteran Services where he works to advise on policy and programs that impact the quality of life for Veterans and their families.
