Jenna Campa is the Director of Human Resources (HR) for Kent, Campa and Kate Inc. (KCK). As the Director of HR, Ms. Campa is responsible for all HR duties including compliance, recruiting, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Ms. Campa earned her Bachelor’s in Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She then started as an administrative specialist for KCK, cross training with the HR department to prepare her for her current role. Recently, Ms. Campa passed the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) certification exam, earning the SHRM-CP credential.
